Our YogaSmile Retreat is all about offering you the chance to unwind, recharge and relax in a wild and beautiful setting. Explore or just be; a time to enjoy your yoga practice and immerse yourself in nature. We will ensure that you have a truly memorable break and leave feeling energised, well rested and  joyful.


Accommodation

Natsley Farm is a beautiful country farm house set in 200 acres of organic farmland within the Exmoor National Park. It’s just 30 minutes from the north Devon coast and beaches. The facilities comprise:

  • 6 Bedrooms (4 doubles and 2 twins), 3 bathrooms plus a downstairs WC and a large open plan sitting room.

  • Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

  • Meals will be delicious, filling, wholesome and vegetarian (we can cater for specific dietary requirements).

  • Fresh fruit, homemade bread and cereals for breakfast.

  • Meals will be served at the large dining table with the option of wine with the evening meals.

  • At teatime you can enjoy a slice of homemade cake with your tea.

  • Various teas and coffee on offer throughout the day.


Yoga

  • A separate yoga studio for our daily practice.

  • Hatha yoga, yin yoga, vinyasa, pranayama and yoga nidra.

  • Beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga levels.

  • Half hour daily morning meditation, morning and afternoon yoga classes and an evening yoga nidra session on the second night.

  • Yoga mats, blocks, bricks and bolsters available to use (and also to buy).

  • Come to as many sessions as you like – or just opt out and chill.



Other Activities

  • You can take a short stroll or longer hikes around Exmore National park or the nearby coastal paths.

  • Perhaps a visit to Westward Ho, Woolacombe Beach or Putsborough Sands.

  • There is access to a beach hut at Saunton Sands.

  • Outdoor hot tub to relax in.

  • Bikes available



Yoga teacher

  • Sarah is a BWY qualified yoga teacher and has been practising yoga for 25 years.

  • Sarah teaches in her own studio in St Albans. She has also taught in local gyms, private houses, gyms, offices, clubs and on other retreats.

We offer two alternative programmes; the first  from Friday to Sunday and the second starting on the Sunday and ending on Tuesday.

  • Friday 19th November/(Sunday 21st November)

  • 17:00 Arrival

  • 18:00-18:45 Gentle welcome yoga class

  • 19:30 Dinner and welcome


  • Saturday 20th November/ (Monday 22nd November)

  • 08:00-08:30  Guided meditation

  • 08:45 Breakfast

  • 09:30 Free time to wander, explore, chat or read a book

  • 11:00-12:30 Hatha yoga class

  • 12:45-13:30 Lunch

  • 14:00-16:30 Free time to perhaps take a long walk on the moor or a visit to the coast (we can arrange a guide).

  • 16:30-17:15 Tea and homemade cake

  • 18:00-19:00 Yin yoga and yoga nidra

  • 19:30 Dinner


  • Sunday 21st November /(Tuesday 23rd November)

  • 08:00-08:30  Guided meditation

  • 08:45 Breakfast

  • 10:45-12:00 Vinyasa yoga class

  • 12:30-13:15 Lunch

  • 14:00 Goodbyes and depart


Rates

Weekend Friday to Sunday:

  • Double room £750  (£550 for single occupancy)

  • Twin room £450pp

Weekday Sunday to Tuesday:

  • Double room £650  (£500 for single occupancy)

  • Twin room £400pp



Cancellation policy

  • A deposit of 15% of the total price on booking.

  • The reservation deposit is non-refundable unless we have to cancel due to covid in which case it will be returned in full.

  • Payment of the balance due by 19th October 2021
